The Governor of the State of Durango, Mexico Ismael Hernández Deras, and representatives of the Board of OPDE have signed a collaboration agreement under which the Spanish solar photovoltaic developer has committed to study, plan, build and launch 45 megawatts (MW) of solar projects between now and 2013.
